Shay is a medium size girl.   She weighs about 45-50 lbs, and probably wont get much larger. She is about a year and a half.   Shay absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys her time in daycare and also hanging out with her young foster brother and sister. She will play chase, tug-o-war, and wrestle with anyon She likes to cuddle up with her friends and even slept on the bed near her foster mom on the second night. Shay loves to stretch out on any dog bed and seems to prefer those to furniture (at least right now). She is a slow eater, but doesn't mind when other dogs are near and she takes treats very nicely while in the dog pack. She seems to be housetrained, no accidents so far. Shay doesn't know a lot of obedience yet, but she's working on it. She rides well in the car. She still has lots of puppy behaviors, which are cute and funny at times. Shay is adorable and would thrive with positive reinforcement training and learning how to grow into a great dog. We dont think Shay is 100% pure GSD, but she looks like a small German Shepherd. Update: We have come to learn that Shay has separation anxiety and we are working on this.
