Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them.

When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life.

Nacho is a handsome two year old GSD who was found as a stray, turned into a shelter and then transferred to FRGSR when his time was about to expire. The shelter reports that he is good with other dogs. He does have some fly bites on his ears which will heal with time and attention. He's a solid 85 pounds and several of the other transport folks commented on how handsome he is when we picked him up. More as we get to know him.
