Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them.

When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life.

Taylor came in with Rocky Balboa. Owner has had both since babies, but moved to a place where they could not have dogs, so took them to the shelter. Taylor is about 4 yrs old. Coming July 29. We'd love to find a home where we can keep Taylor and Rocky together but it's not a requirement. Update: Taylor has been moved to a foster home and she is currently living with a GSD and a Bassett Hound and gets along great with both of them. Taylor loves to chase a ball or wrestle with her GSD foster sister while the Bassett Hound supervises. She's housetrained and has a very sweet personality. Taylor loves both people and other dogs and she'd do very well in home with an active, outdoorsy family.
