Owen is a handsome one year old GSD who was transferred from a kill shelter where his time was up. He has a sweet personality, but he has some significant fear issues with people. However, once a person earns his trust, Owen becomes very affectionate. He enjoys the company of other dogs and he would likely do best in a home with a patient GSD experienced handler who has another confident dog. Also, because of the quick, unpredicable movements of small children, Owen would do best in a quiet home without young kids.
