Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them.

When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life.

Meet Kitana, and I'm a gorgeous, young GSD with an estimated DOB of 4/20/24 who was transferred from a shelter where I was adopted, then returned because I escaped my owner's yard. The shelter staff said the following about me:

This sweet German Shepherd is full of energy and loves to have fun! With her boundless curiosity and love for adventure, she's the perfect companion for an active family with plenty of time for adventures.  She has a bit of a mischievous side too - because she can be an escape artist, so she'll need a secure yard where she won't be left unattended. She loves people and she's eager to show off her commands! She's energetic, playful and ready to join an active adopter where she can be the fun-loving pup she was meant to be!
