Hi, my name is Frieda, and I'm a beautiful Malinois with an estimated DOB of 7/12/22 who was transferred from a shelter where I arrived with my three puppies Seraphina, Ophelia and Augustine. We were taken from our former home because we were not receiving proper care. We're all now in Colorado and in various foster homes. Initially, I was really scared of things with noisy motors (washing machines, dryers, lawn mowers, motorcycles etc), but I've been receiving help from a dog trainer who says I'm making excellent progress. She also says I'm a super sweet girl who loves affection, and I'm doing great in the house with proper boundaries and structure. I'm kennel trained, I walk nicely on leash, and I've learned "sit, down, stay and place". I love to play with other dogs, but I do have a rough play style. I'm still learning what I can and can't chew on, so I'll need someone who can supervise me and continue to work with me. My foster mom would also prefer that I go to a home with children who are older than 8 yrs. If you are interested, please go to adoptagsd.org and submit an online application.
