Hi, my name is Sarge 2, and I'm a handsome male GSD with an estimated DOB of 7/8/23 who was transferred from a shelter where I arrived with some other dogs and nobody came to claim us. I arrived at FRGSR and I'm currently staying in a boarding kennel because all foster spots are currently full. The FRGSR volunteers have taken me for walks to learn a little bit about me and they say I have no social skills. I'm a fairly big boy for my age and I weigh approximately 80 lbs. I'm inexperienced on leash and I appear to know no commands at this point, but the volunteers are working on both with me. I'm both people and dog friendly, but I can sometimes get spooked with people who jog past me while I'm on a walk. I will need an adopter who will continue with my training and socialization so that I'll grow up to be a well-balanced adult dog.
