Hi, my name is Sheba, and I'm a beautiful female GSD with an estimated DOB of 3/7/23 who was transferred to FRGSR from a shelter that was tight on space and the clock was running out. I'm currently living in a foster home with another shepherd, and I'm having a blast playing with him! My foster dad says I'm a sweet girl who loves attention, and I will freeze in my tracks if you give me pets and scratches. I'm at that stage where I like to steal things and take them out to the back yard. I like to nibble on my foster dad's shoes, but I've not ripped them up. When I first arrived at my foster home, if my dad threw a ball for me, I'd shrink down thinking he was throwing it at me. I've learned that this is a game, and I'm having fun! The first time he took me for a walk, I growled slightly and he said, "No", and I stopped. I do need more leash work though. I have boundless energy and I spend my days playing with my foster canine brother. I haven't barked at workers who were installing underground cable, but I will bark at other dogs who walk by our house to let them know this is "my turf". I'm a pretty obedient girl who is looking for an adopter who will provide me with a good dose of daily exercise and continue with my training. If you are interested, please go to adoptagsd.org and submit an online application. My adoption fee is $400.
