Hi, my name is Archi, and I'm a handsome six year old male GSD who was transferred to FRGSR from a shelter that was tight on space. The shelter staff named me afterthea Greek mathematician Archimedes. Since arriving at FRGSR, I've been living in a foster home and my foster parents describe me as a sweet, social dog who loves the company of both humans and furry friends. I'm a quick learner and I have attentive listening skills. I have a gentle nature and I would be a wonderful companion for my adopter(s). I did arrive having tested low-positive for heartworm disease, and I am currently undergoing treatment. I am available for adoption now and the rescue will pay for my treatment.
