Hi, my name is Maddux, and I'm a handsome nine month old GSD pup who was transferred from a shelter where my former owner surrendered me because I was running and playing too much with the other resident dog who was getting thin. My owner said he didn't have time to meet my needs, so here I am looking for a new home. I'm currently living in a foster home with some other dogs and I'm having lots of fun playing with them. I do need work on proper introductions with new dogs. My foster parents say I seem to be more comfortable around men than women at this point, but I'm being socialized to help with this. I sleep thought the night and I love going for walks and car rides, but my foster parents have noticed that I get queasy on long car rids. Like all puppies, I tend to get into mischief (chewing on non-doggy items) if I'm not supervised closely. I will need an adopter who will commit the time, energy and resources into training, socializing and exercising me so that I'll grow up to be a well-balanced adult dog.
