Hi, my name is Toby, and I'm a handsome 1.5 year old GSD who was transferred from a shelter where I was about to run out of time. The shelter reported that I'm dog reactive. I'm currently living in a foster home with multiple other dogs that's set up more like a boarding kennel. My foster mom says I'm a highly playful boy when I'm outside. I'm housetrained, but I do need lots of work on my obedience, house manners and leash manners when other dogs are present. I will wag my tail as I run the fence with other dogs, but I've not yet had an individual play session with any of them. If you are looking for a dog who can serve as a backup when your reception goes down, I'm your boy.
