Hi, my name is Jackpot, or Jack for short. I'm a handsome nine month old GSD who was found running loose and a person kept me for a week until landlord said I had to go. She took me to a shelter but owner never claimed me, so I was transferred to FRGSR. I've been living in a foster home and my foster mom says I'm a WONDERFUL companion! I absolutely love people. I've often been visiting the residents of an assisted living facility where I stop to give everyone some love. I enjoy outdoor play time, but I'm not a super high energy dog who requires constant attention. I lay quietly during the times when my foster parents are busy. I ride quietly in the car even without being crated. I take instructions well and I'm quick to learn. In just two days, I learned to sit while being leashed and I wait as my foster parents open the door. I've been crate trained and at night, I put myself in my crate where I stay all night with the door open. I love ice cubes and belly rubs. My ears are starting to stand up as I grow.
