When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life.

Hi, my name is Topeka and I'm a handsome 1.5 year old male GSD who was transferred from a shelter where I arrived as a stray. I'm currently living in a foster home with two other GSDs and it took me a couple of days to be comfortable around them, but now I'm fine. I've learned how to use the dog door and I'm house trained. My foster parents are teaching me basic obedience and leash manners (I still bark when I see other dogs on walks). I'm a super loving boy with my humans, but I can still be mouthy, and my foster parents are working with me on this. As you can see, I'm a work in progress and I'll need someone who will make a commitment to continue with my training, obedience and socialization.
