Hi, my name is Ash, and I'm a really handsome one year old GSD mix who was surrendered to FRGSR by my former family who only had me for seven months as an outdoor dog after  a neighbor, my original owner, moved away and didn't take me along. I spent some time in a boarding kennel due to lack of foster space and this was frightening for me. The staff was graciouos and kind, but all of these changes were overwhelming for me. In my last home, I lived peacefully with another dog and older kids as well as CATS!! I'm now living in a foster home with a couple who are trying to build my confidence. I will need a calm, confident adopter who will be patient with me as I transition into my furever home. If you are interested, please submit an online application at adoptagsd.org.
