Hi, my name is Ryker, and I'm a gorgeous one and a half year old male GSD who was surrendered to FRGSR by my former owners because I was not getting along with the other dog in the house or the cats. My former owners said I am house trained and crate trained. If I get excited, I will sometimes jump on people. I have not lived with children. My owners also said that I would sometimes not obey the commands that they gave me. Potential adopters will need to look beyond my handsome face and know that there will be work ahead. I'm going to need someone with strong leadership skills who will continue to work with me on basic obedience while providing me with a good dose of daily exercise. I am a dog who becomes protective of my pack and turf quickly and I need someone with very strong leadership skills so that I won't feel the need to step into that role myself.
