Hi, my name is Chevy Chase and I'm an approximately 1.5 yr old GSD who was transferred from a shelter where I was running out of time. I'm currently living in a foster home that I share with two other GSDs and I'm doing well. My foster mom says I'm well mannered, I know some basic commands and I'm a quick learner. I'm house trained and I use the doggy door. I walk quickly on leash, so my foster mom and dad are getting in their steps each day! I also enjoy going for hikes. I will alert when someone comes to the door, but I settle down once the visitor gives me a command, which I dutifully obey, then I get a tasty treat! I'm also crate trained, but I've done fine being left unattended when my foster mom and dad aren't home.
