Hi, my name is Daisy-Bre, and I'm a beautiful 3.5 yr old black Mal/Dutch Shepherd mix. As one might guess, I'm a very high energy dog.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE to play with a ball and could play for hours and hours.  I know some basic commands such as sit, come, etc.   I am a jumper. I leap for joy! I have a hard time controlling my excitement when I see my favorite people. I definately would need someone that can handle a very energetic leapy dog.   I do great as a play mate with our senior Belgian Malinois.  We run around together all the time.  I am crate trained and rarely bark when indoors.  I would not be great for a family with small children only due to the fact that i like to jump right into your face.  That said,  i have  lived with two small children and do ok with them.  However I am never left alone with our children, i am always supervised.   Update: I was adopted and spent one year in my new home until sadly, both my owner and her son developed serious health issues that have prevented them from giving me the attention I need and deserve, so they asked FRGSR for help in finding me a new furever family. I walk well on leash. My current owners have goats and horses that are contained and I don't bother them. I'm a great dog who would play ball all day every day if given the chance, and this is a great way to help me expend some of my energy. Are you ready to play ball with me? I sure hope so!  Potential adopters will need to research Dutch Shepherds and Malinous to better understand if they have what it takes to meet our exercise and mental stimulation needs. We are typically working dog breeds and being just a family pet isn't enough for many of us. I will need someone who's had experience with either or both of these breeds.
