Hi, my name is Ember and I'm a very pretty 1.5 yr old GSD who was transferred from a shelter where I was surrendered by my former owners for supposedly chasing cattle. The volunteers with FRGSR are finding that I'm a timid girl who they assume has not been socialized with other dogs and people. I warm up to people very quickly if you approach me gently, and I really enjoy having doggy friends to play with. I would likely do best in a quieter setting with a confident handler and canine companion who will help build my confidence.
