Hi, my name is Heidi Klum, and I'm a gorgeous, approximately 2.5 year old Malinois.  My orogonal foster mom says I was rescued from living an isolated life without human attention, and I lived living peacefully in a foster home with multiple other dogs, large and small, as well as CATS, and I'm great with people too. Now I have moced to Colorado. Since I've gone without human attention, I'm like a sponge when it comes to affection and I thoroughly enjoy all the attention I'm receiving. Due to being isolated in my former life, the volunteers of FRGSR have found that I'm finding the world to be a bit overwhelming because I wasn't exposed to much. My foster mom says that when they leave the house, I'm in a bare-bones room where I don't  have much to destroy, because I've grown very attached to them, and I get stressed out when they leave me. I will need a  handler with strong leadership skills who will help to build my confidence and who won't baby me because of my past. I'm a happy, friendly girl who is looking for my forever home. The rescue thinks I would do best with a canine companion or two. I'm not working dog material, but I will need an adopter who will provide me with a good dose of daily exercise and mental stimulation. My adoption fee is $350.  Update: I've been living in a foster home that I share with two adults, 3 GSDs and two cats and I'm doing well with everybody.  Well, these cats dont like me much when i try to get them to play. My foster mom noticed that I have a stability issue with one of my back legs, so she took me in for X-rays and it appears that my leg was broken at one time. The report from an orthopedic veterinarian says i have some arthritis in my leg, but my hips look pretty darn good. I may do best with small/med sized companions or a lower energy large dog. I like my play time, but I mostly enjoy time next to my human on the couch. I will counter surf if something smells good up there. Initially, I was overly interested in the cats, but my foster mom taught me to leave them alone. I've been through lots of changes in the last few months, which has left me confused and unsure of things, but I will likely blossom once I find my forever home with a patient person who won't baby me because of my past. Leadership and consistency will help me to build my confidence.
