Hi, my name is Cali, and I'm a gorgeous five year old long-haired GSD who was surrendered by my most recent owner who got me from a friend who moved away and left me behind. I'm a happy girl who loves people and I've done well around children. It appears that my first owner didn't socialize me well with other dogs and FRGSR volunteers have had to work with me regarding dog interactions. I’ve made great progress and I’m doing well with other dogs. I do get barky with them sometimes, but I’m able to be redirected. Also, I have pannus that appears to have gone untreated for some time, so my vision is limited. I will need to be on daily eye drops for the rest of my life. I’ve been very well behaved as the volunteers put the drops in my eyes. I’m a sweet, affectionate girl who would love to find my forever home. My adoption fee is $350, and if you are interested, please go to adoptagsd.org and submit an online application.
