Hi, my name is Juna, and I'm a pretty one year old GSD who was surrendered to a shelter because my former owner didn't have enough time to meet my needs. Shelter reports state that the owner said I am a happy, energetic girl who is very affectionate with my people.  I know several commands, including sit, down, load/unload (for the car), leave it, etc. I'm also crate trained, but I would have accidents when he left me in there for long periods of time. He struggled to keep my weight up, but he found that I started to gain weight on one specific food. Until coming to FRGSR, I've been an only dog, but they've been having me exercise with other dogs (one at a time) and I'm doing well. I need direction on reading other dogs' signals, but we're working on it. I'm not ready for a dog park, but they think I could do well either with or without a canine companion.  I may do best with an adopter who isn't gone for long periods of time. No info on cats. My adoption fee is $350.
