Hi, my name is Cheech and I'm an adorable 8 month old Malinois puppy who was transferred to FRGSR from an overcrowded setting where I wasn't receiving the attention and care that I needed. I'm a happy, playful puppy who loves people, other dogs and toys. I'm working on my house training, and I show my foster mom that I need to go out by barking at the door. I also like to bark at myself in the mirror when I catch a glimpse of that handsome dude staring back at me! Folks who may be interested will need to accept that they'll have a lot of work ahead given my age. I'm 100% puppy, and like most puppies, I sometimes chew things, I try to counter surf, etc., etc. FRGSR also recommends that folks research the breed prior to submitting an application, because Malinois can be considered high maintenance dogs who require a significant amount of an adopter's time. I will need training, leadership and lots of exercise (i.e. a simple walk around the neighborhood likely won't be enough). I'm hoping to find an adopter who's athletic and outdoorsy. Is that you? My adoption fee is $450.
