Hi! My name is Harley J, and I'm a super handsome three year old GSD who was transferred from a shelter where my time was about to expire. I have a great temperment and I'm comfortable with both people and other dogs. I have a deformity of my right front leg where my  foot points out to the right. I was recently seen by an orthopedic specialist who thinks I may have suffered an injury of unknown origin to my growth plate as a puppy for which I did not receive treatment. The vet says that surgery is not needed, but I will need a plan for arthritis management including daily supplements (glucosamine and chondroitin). She also recommended moderate exercise (no strenuous hikes or long runs because I may start to limp). If you enjoy a leisure walk through the neighborhood, I would love to accompany you! We can visit with other people while they tell you how handsome and well behaved I am! I would love to play in the yard with you too! My adoption fee is $350.
