Hi, my name is Ram, and I'm a super handsome two year old GSD who was surrendered to a shelter by my former owner because he thought I was too nervous. This cracks me up because I was kinda thinking the same thing about him.  He was a first-time dog owner and like most GSDs, I was trying to figure out who was leader of the pack but he never stepped up to the "leadership plate", so things just went in circles and we all got confused. I really do love people and I'm learning how to interact with other dogs, but for right now, I am inclined to hump them and some of them don't appreciate it....oops. As you can see, I've missed out on some crucial elements in my formative years to help me become a well balanced adult dog. What I need now is a GSD-experienced handler who will teach me the ropes in a confident, but non-heavy-handed manner. I'm a product of my past, but I'm only two years old and I have many good years ahead of me IF I can be paired with the right handler. If you are interested, please complete an online application.
