Willy was owner surrendered to the shelter because the owner’s wife was allergic to him.    Willy is extremely affectionate, loves to play and knows basic commands.    According to his owner he also does well with men, women, children, other dogs and cats.    Owner  stated that he owned a ranch and Willy ran free on it along with some other dogs and cats.  We figure that means he was at least a mostly outdoor dog. 

Willy does require obedience training.
