Please consider that some of these dogs have been abandoned or ignored by their previous owners, having little interaction with someone who cares about them.

When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life.

Ginna is a pretty all black young GSD  who is lively, curious, friendly, affectionate and energetic. She knows and responds to her name and after only a few hours of knowing her foster, she came when called. She loves to explore everything in sight. Ginna says hello to all kinds of people (kids, strangers, etc) and enjoys attention. She is sweet with most other dogs one on one once she gets to know them, but is more on the dominant side. Ginna enjoys car rides and enjoyed wading in the lake although she seems to be wary of swimming. Ginna needs some work on the leash, but learns commands quickly and responds well to direction. Ginna seems like she would make a great family dog as well as a great companion where she can join her humans and/or her pack in daily exercise and activities.
