Hi, my name is Zane, and I'm a handsome, large Malinois who is approximately 3.5 yrs old. I was surrendered by my most recent owner because his work requirements changed to include a lot of travel and he felt I deserved more attention. The two owners I had before him made very poor choices which set me up to fail and I was returned the the same shelter twice. I've had a rough time of things in my short 3 years, but in spite of it all, I'm a happy, friendly boy. I am house trained, crate trained (on command) and I love meeting new people. The volunteers with FRGSR have noticed that I've been very well behaved around other dogs, both large and small. I have a good bit of ball drive and if you throw the ball for me, I'll bring it back to you. If you get distracted, I'll pick it up and place it right in front of your toes as a hint that I want the games to continue! I'm looking for an adopter with leadership skills who will commit to giving me a forever home, continue with my training and provide me with lots of exercise. Because of my size, I may do best in a home with kids who are older that 10 yrs. My adoption fee is $350 and if you are interested, please submit an online application at adoptagsd.org.
